We also advise if your skin type is extremely sensitive and you have read and understood the ingredient list, but would like to take extra precautions due to your skin type. We advise you to patch test upon opening the sachet. A patch test can be conducted simply by wiping a small amount of the essence on to the crease area of the arm or behind either ear. If you are in any doubt of a reaction arising to the natural ingredients in the mask, please do not continue to use and refer back to returns policy. (Not all 5 sachet can be returned).

We advise that all towelling and linen should be washed prior to usage and after each usage with a delicate fabric washing solution to sustain the quality of the item.

With the nature of the items being of personal usage no returns are accepted under hygiene laws and regulations.
